Fish Creek Park
Who knew that Fish Creek park was so beautiful and full of trees? I should have gone there years ago as it is exactly what I miss about home - TREES!!! In my mind, I had always imagined the park as more of a prairie environment so never took the time to go for a visit. Now I know better and plan to take better advantage of such an amazing place so close to where I live!

I think the fresh air will do you a lot of good. It's funny, isn't it, how we sometimes overlook the things that's right under our nose!

I love Fish Creek - I grew up in Bonavista and my dad now lives in Douglasdale so I can totally appreciate the wonder of that park. Btw, thanks for your comment on my blog - we're in the states and I just saw it recently.
